Amera Tower is the first office building to achieve the WELL Health and Safety Rating in Cluj-Napoca

Amera Tower is the office building that constantly monitors the development of the services offered. Over the years, this has meant obtaining various certifications attesting to our mission to provide a pleasant and efficient work environment for our customers and stakeholders. Among the obtained certifications there is the ”Zero Waste Building” from Zero Waste Europe, US Green Building Council Certification for the first green building in Cluj-Napoca and now, our latest certification received, the WELL Health and Safety Rating from the WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

What is the WELL Health and Safety Rating?

The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement, and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future. 

Designed to empower owners and operators across large and small businesses alike to take the necessary steps in order to prioritize the health and safety of their staff, visitors, and stakeholders, the WELL Health-Safety Rating can help guide users in preparing their spaces for re-entry into the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, instilling confidence in those who come through the building as well as the broader community.

When did we achieve the WELL Health and Safety Rating?

Amera Tower is the first office building to achieve the WELL Health and Safety Rating in Cluj-Napoca. This year, in the month of February, we achieved the WELL Health and Safety Rating. This is an important achievement for our organization. The WELL Health and Safety Rating attest to our visible commitment to health and safety.

We are proud to be the first office building in Cluj-Napoca to achieve this certificate.
